Fujitsu Philippines, Inc. (FPI) organized a wholly owned technology services subsidiary, WeServ Systems Ltd. or popularly known as WeServ Japan, to cater the Japanese market.
The company was founded in November 13, 2002 and based in Tokyo, Japan. It functions as FPI's services export strategy focusing on overseas markets as it contributes to the Philippine Government's export thrusts by winning ICT-related project in Japan and bringing home projects in the country.

WeServ Japan employs staff and engineers who have experience working on prior Japanese projects and are quite familiar with Japanese business practices.
