About Fujitsu Philippines, Inc.
Fujitsu Philippines, Inc.Fujitsu Philippines, Inc. (FPI) was originally incorporated in 1975, with the mission of selling and supporting Fujitsu computer products in the Philippine market. For its first two decades of operations, FPI thus played the role of a traditional hardware vendor, and built a loyal customer base.

In the early 1990s, anticipating the commoditization of computer hardware, FPI embarked on a paradigm shift towards services and systems integration. It strategically re-invented itself as a knowledge-led and service-based business through a massive recruitment and education drive.

This has produced dramatic results. Today, less than 15% of FPI's business is derived from the sale of Fujitsu products. Almost half of the business comes from ICT services, with the balance coming from systems integration.

FPI has become one of the largest Philippine information technology service company, as measured by headcount, augmented by several hundred temporary contractors. FPI has the most diversified technology team in the country.

FPI is a Philippine-based yet globally competitive outfit, combining Filipino skills and work ethics, with leading international technologies and methodologies. It is known as the best Philippine ICT group that plans, designs, integrates, implements, and maintains effective application and technology solutions to meet the business goals of large enterprises.

Because of its pool of technological talent, FPI is uniquely positioned to apply brand-independent and best-of-breed technology solutions. FPI has a customer-validated successful track record in designing, building, implementing, and maintaining ICT solutions. This track record involves difficult projects with complex technology architectures, nationwide geographic scope, and tight implementation schedules that earn the company trust and credibility among its clients.

While its primary mission is to be the leading ICT group in the Philippines, FPI also recognizes its social responsibility as a good corporate citizen by supporting the Philippine government's service export thrust.
